The ground rules for using this website. Short and readable — the way terms should be.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of okstudios.dev (the “site”), operated by Odaz Kato Corp. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
2. What this site is
The site is an informational and marketing presence for OK Studios. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or professional advice. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement — not by this website or anything you read on it.
3. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting our contact form or requesting a call is a request to start a conversation, not a contract. No engagement, price, or scope is agreed until we both confirm it in writing. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and yours to share.
4. Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, code, brand name, logos, and visual identity belong to Odaz Kato Corp. and are protected by law. You may view and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its data;
- attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it;
- submit spam, malware, or unlawful, misleading, or infringing content through our forms;

The site may link to services we don’t control (for example our social profiles or a booking tool). We’re not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

You agree to hold Odaz Kato Corp. harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute relating to them or to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives here, with the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
